EMERALT@MBE is an operation control software, especially adapted for the requirements of MBE- and CBE-systems. The application offers a powerful programming language combined with an excellent operation control and visualization of almost all types of devices currently available on the market.
EMERALT@MBE has been amended, among others, for the use with a heterogeneous MBE/CBE-systems and through its modularity can be adapted very easily to future modifications in the hardware configuration.
