Decentralized control under Linux using EMERALT
Following Windows, EMERALT now also supports the operating system Linux, enabling Linux users to take full advantage of all the merits offered by this advanced control tool.
Users increasingly expect automation and control software to be compatible with Linux, which is often used in environments of mainly distributed systems. Following the demand, JSP Late Research GmbH adapted EMERALT to run under Linux, thus combining the cost merit of a licence-free operating software with the sophisticated technology of EMERALT. A combination that has proved very successful in the actual operation.

Networking for all serial equipment
The Ethernet interface for EMERALT is available! Avoid costy propriety networks, intricate serial cabeling and redundant single-desktop PCs by making the most of your Ethernet using this new interface by JSP Late Research GmbH!
Our Ethernet interface enables you to monitor and control hundreds of different units using one EMERALT server only! All systems can be easily integrated into existing LANs, and system setup and usage is considerably facilitated. At the same time you can cut down on your hardware cost: there is less cabeling required, you have free choice of any low-cost hardware available on the market, there is no licence costs for the systems, and you need but one single control tool for all operations (even where a great number of components is required).
The Ethernet interface also represents an inexpensive option for integrating local and remote-I/O-equipment and other components into the control system.

We´re moving! New Offices! More room for innovations !
A long-hetched plan has finally materialized: This May, we will move to new, light and most of all spacious office rooms in the IGZ! The move proved necessary as the office space in Pfofeld was no longer able to keep pace with the continuous growth of our enterprise.
From now on, we will operate from the High-Tech-Location IGZ. The new premises are located very conveniently close to the exit Tennenlohe of the autobahn connecting Munich - Nuremberg and Wuerzburg, a roughly 10 minute drive from the airport Nuremberg and right in the center of the city triangly Nürnberg/Fürth/Erlangen.
Please refer to Contact Us for the details of our new address.
